Detailed description of the works gas fired imitation fireplace in the sitting room of my house in Lucan, Dublin. We bought the house in 2009 and it was working, but it stopped working in 2010 and I never fixed it as the fire itself was useless for heating the room. Now, as Im going to rent out the house, it ll need to be fixed. The flashing around the fireplace is also to be re instated, it fell off when baby was born and started messing with it. Id imagine its a simple replacement of some component in the fireplace itself, wouldnt imagine its a big job at all, just I dont know how to look for the issue myself.
